Salvatore Parisi
President & CEO
Sal is the President & CEO of Parisi Healthcare Management and, along with his wife, Jill Parisi, is also a Principal and Founder. Before founding PHM in 2016, he started another highly successful national healthcare agency in 2008 and spent seven years there as a Principal and SVP of Interim Services. In both roles, he has been responsible for strategic planning, business development, and delivering the highest level of client service possible. Sal has built mutually successful relationships with many healthcare clients, including Dignity Health, Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, and many independent and rural healthcare organizations. His clients value his ability to build and foster strong, long-term relationships built upon mutual trust and respect.
Originally from the Northwest, Sal, Jill, and their sons relocated to Arizona in 2011 and now live and work in Scottsdale. They are all avid lovers of the outdoors, and when not working, you can often find them hiking in the mountains or on one of the many trails near their home. They are also actively involved in several non-profit organizations.
Jill Parisi
Chief Recruiting Officer
Jill Parisi is the Chief Recruiting Officer for Parisi Healthcare Management and is also a Founder and Principal. She has a passion for working with candidates and locating the ideal position based upon their specific career goals. Coming from a family of healthcare leaders, Jill has an extensive background and a 25-year career in healthcare.
When not in the office, you will likely find Jill in a water fitness class, hiking mountain trails with her husband, Sal, or reading a good book. Having grown up on a ranch in Central Oregon: changing irrigation pipes, saddling horses, or herding llamas, Jill likes a good adventure and challenge.
Deborah Kumar
Director, Healthcare Consulting
Deb has over 35 years of nursing experience and 20 years of progressive leadership experience. She has extensive experience in all levels of hospital and nursing administration, including as a CNO. As our Director of Nursing Operations, Deb is highly effective in coaching and partnering with hospital leadership and interim leaders to achieve organizational outcomes.
Deb is originally from Pennsylvania and has now settled in Florida. She loves to travel, nature, hiking, gardening and most of all her husband of 47 years!
Jennifer Loomis
Director of Operations
As a founding member of a successful ad agency startup in California, which grew to over 100 employees, Jennifer Loomis was the ideal candidate for the Director of Operations at Parisi Healthcare Management. With over 20 years of business experience, Jennifer’s strengths are many, but her communication skills and organizational talents set her apart. As Director, she is responsible for many aspects of the business; finances, contracts, HR, interim housing and transportation, and onboarding/offboarding. As with any successful startup, you create and implement business policies and workflows, and with her penchant for detail, Jennifer has been an enormous asset for the company.
Jennifer is passionate about all animals, especially the equine variety. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she participated in 4-H, years later showing her Saddlebred horse at the World’s Championship Horse Show in Louisville, Kentucky. When not at work, you can find her hiking with her dog Riley, gardening, or on the court with a new hobby, Pickleball.
