I have been employed by Parisi Healthcare Management since March 2020 and have been loving every minute of working with the Parisi Healthcare Management team. I have never experienced a company, and particularly a CEO, who has continuously delivered personal touch as I have experienced with Sal Parisi and PHM. To give you an example, during the middle of the pandemic, and on his own accord, Sal made a last-minute out-of-state trip to directly meet with our client’s administrative team to discuss a safety concern. I cannot express the gratitude and dedication that I have for Sal and his team!
I have felt very supported and feel there is a personal relationship with Parisi Healthcare. I have appreciated the ‘little things’ – flowers for birthday, Christmas gift – chocolate for Valentine’s Day. The role was well defined and expectations were clear from the beginning. I felt like people listened to my concerns. When feedback was given by the client, it was communicated to me. Everyone I have encountered have been professional and helpful. The housing was very nice – I have never been provided with all the basic supplies needed, which a was appreciated. The processes are simple – it is nice using 1 program to book flights and complete expense reports. The thing I like best is the personal touch, having a relationship with everyone at Parisi.
