The History Of PHM

Parisi Healthcare Management traces its roots to 2009 when Sal Parisi and a business partner formed a company with a sole focus on providing interim management leadership to the healthcare industry.

This was a specialty niche that was underserved at that time. Sal quickly learned that when a hospital would bring an interim leader on board, the hospital was strapped with making housing arrangements, flights, ground transportation, all of the onboarding, and more.

It did not make sense to Sal to dump all these requirements onto the hospital, as it took away from patient care.

Filling A Critical Need In Interim Leadership

This was when Sal came up with the full-service, turnkey interim leader business solution. Not only would his company provide the hospital with a stellar interim leader, but they W2 employ the interim leader and fully manage all items related to bringing the interim leader on board. This included working in coordination with both the client and interim leader throughout the assignment to assure goals and objectives were met, with the ultimate goal of maximizing client ROI.

In June of 2016, Sal traded up in business partners when he and his wife Jill created Parisi Healthcare Management and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona.
